This Circular renews regulations for the quarantine of aquatic animals and aquatic animal products in accordance with the Animal Health Law which came into force on July 1, 2016. This Circular replaces Circular 06/2010/TT-BNNPTNT (issued in 2010) and other relevant regulations and took effect from August 15, 2016. Click Here

This Circular is MOH’s new regulation to revise the methods of food safety inspection in order to comply with Vietnam’s Food Safety Law.
