Exports From India Surge As Demands From EU And USA Grow

Miyazaki culls 154,000 chickens at latest bird flu-hit farm

in the city of Miyazaki after confirming the seventh bird flu outbreak in the southwestern Japan prefecture this winter. Aichi, Shimane and Kagoshima prefectures have so far managed to contain infections to one farm each, while the total number of chickens culled in Miyazaki Prefecture so far has risen to over 700,000. |
