India’s AYUSH Exports Surge to $689 Million in 2024–25, Up 6.1%. India’s exports of AYUSH and herbal products grew 6.11 per cent, reaching $688.89 million in 2024–25, up from $649.2 million the previous year, the government said on Sunday. Two Key Interventions Launched to Strengthen MSME Exports under Export Promotion Mission. As part of the initial rollout of the Export Promotion Mission, two key interventions under the NIRYAT PROTSAHAN sub-scheme have been launched to strengthen MSME exports and improve access to trade finance. The first intervention relates to interest subvention for pre- and post-shipment export credit, aimed at reducing the cost of export credit and easing working-capital constraints faced by MSME exporters. India announces Rs.7,295 crore export credit support package to ease financing for exporters. India on Friday announced a Rs. 7,295 crore export support package, comprising a Rs. 5,181 crore interest subvention scheme and Rs. 2,114 crore collateral support, to improve exporters' access to credit. Both measures will be rolled out over a period of six years from 2025-2031. This is the second component of the Export Promotion Mission to be launched after the first component, Rs. 4,531 crore market access support, was rolled out last week. India urges Russia to lower trade barriers for Indian exports amid rouble pile-up.
