APEDA has developed a facility to consider the grievances of the stakeholders and attempt to resolve them. This online facility will be available from 4 PM to 5 PM on all working days. APEDA officer would be available to hear the grievances and try to resolve, if needed, a written request may be sought and reply will be sent by the concerned dealing officer at the earliest.
