Wine is an alcoholic beverage made up of fermented grapes or any other fruit. The fruits used in wine making are fermented using yeast and aged in the wood barrels to improve the taste and quality. Being fruit based, fermented and un-distilled, wines contain most of the nutrients present in the original fruit juice. Wines generally contain alcoholic content in the range of 5-14%.
