India can Become Food Basket of the World: Jyotiraditya Scindhia

Calling for a second green revolution, the Union Minister of State for Commerce and Industry Shri Jyotiraditya M Scindhia said that with proper investment in agriculture, technical innovation and infrastructure for food processing India could well become the food basket of the world. Speaking at the APEDA Export Awards function which coincided with the celebrations of 25 years of APEDA, Shri Scindhia said that agriculture sector is critical for our economy as 60-70 percent of our population is dependent on it |

Non tariff barriers need to be taken more seriously: Dr. Rahul Khullar
