A first-of-its-kind three-day national-level horticulture conclave, 'Bihar Nursery and Green-Tech Conclave 2026”, was inaugurated on Saturday at Gyan Bhavan in the state capital. Organised by the horticulture directorate of the agriculture department, the technology-enabled event is based on the theme 'Parampara Se Pragati Tak” and aims to strengthen the horticulture sector through modern technology. Speaking at the inaugural ceremony, Bihar assembly Speaker Prem Kumar said farmers in Bihar have become more prosperous and their incomes have been rising steadily.
