Guar gum, grown in north India and used as an important lubricant in the drilling of oil wells across the world, has seen a 75% jump in export as the largest producer, India, is currently the only supplier to the world market. |

Minister for Horticulture Sham Lal Sharma has said the government has approved establishment of four cold stores under RKVY in the State. “The report from APEDA engaged for conducting a techno economic feasibility study for setting up of a cold storage chain in the state has been received,” he added.
