India’s sugar surplus may open doors for limited exports in 2025/26. India should allow exports of 2 million metric tonnes of sugar in the 2025/26 marketing year starting from October 1 as the country is set to produce surplus, the head of a leading industry body said on Thursday. Railways launch daily rail service to move Kashmiri apples to Delhi.
